On Friday, Feb. 21, former Diamond Bar High School standout Jake Mestas’ current college team, the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field. This was their second matchup against the Mavericks this season.

The Nighthawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field against Colorado Mesa Mavericks.
