On Friday, Feb. 21, former La Serna High School standout Jake Long’s current college team, the Utah Utes, won 8-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the San Diego State Aztecs.
The game took place at Tony Gwynn Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Aztecs this season.
The Utes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium against Seattle Redhawks.
