On Monday, Feb. 17, former La Serna High School standout Jake Long’s current college team, the Utah Utes, won 6-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Pepperdine Waves.
The game took place at Eddy D. Field Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Waves this season.
The Utes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 21 at 6 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium against San Diego State Aztecs.
