On Thursday, May 15, former Diamond Bar High School standout Jake Mestas’ current collegiate team the Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks won 6-20 against the Point Loma Sea Lions in the NCAA Division II Baseball Championship.

The game took place at Elmore W. Vail Field at 6 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Point Loma Sea Lions in the tournament.

The Northwest Nazarene Nighthawks’ next game will take place on Friday, May 16 at 2 p.m. at Elmore W. Vail Field.
