La Serna High School standout Alexis Ramirez’s college team lost in NCAA Division I softball game on Sunday, Feb. 16

On Sunday, Feb. 16, former La Serna High School standout Alexis Ramirez’s current college team, the UCLA Bruins, lost 7-6 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Cavaliers.

The game took place at Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Cavaliers this season.

The Bruins’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 5 p.m. at Anderson Family Field against Cal State Fullerton Titans.
