The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2022 in Los Angeles County rose by $44,500 while total sales decreased by 61.9%.
From July through December of 2022, there were 12,429 homes sold, with a median sale price of $842,500 – a 5.6% increase over the $798,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32,637 homes sold in Los Angeles County in the second half of 2021.
