Lowell Joint School District had largest number of their students enrolled in kindergarten in 2023-24 school year

In the 2023-24 school year, kindergarten was the largest grade in Lowell Joint School District, with 434 students making up 14.3% of the student body, according to the California Department of Education. This represents a growth of 0.8% compared to the previous year.

The grade with the second highest number of students was eighth grade, with 396 students, or 13.1% of the student body.

The school that had the highest number of kindergarten students in Lowell Joint School District during the period was Jordan Elementary School, while MacY Elementary School and Olita Elementary School had the fewest.
