On Saturday, March 1, former Los Altos High School standout Giselle Mejia’s current college team, the UC Santa Barbara Gauchos, lost 10-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the UNLV Rebels.
The game took place at Campus Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Rebels this season.
The Gauchos’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 10 a.m. at Campus Diamond against Creighton Bluejays.
