Rest Your Mind-Mindfulness & Meditation in Your Daily Life
In this session, we will give ourselves time to rest as we end the semester. We will learn ways to practice mindfulness, meditation, and breath work in our daily lives. I look forward to sharing space with you as we connect in stillness.
