On Nov. 10, Kalpakoff Luba N. Co. Kalpakoff Family Trust (trustee) purchased a two bedroom, one bathroom commercial property at 6252 Greenleaf Ave., Whittier from George Magallon for $2,950,020.

The last time this commercial property sold was Sept. 5, 2001. It last sold for $705,000.

So far in November 2021, 16 properties sold in Whittier.
