On Jan. 27, Yamamoto Equity Inc. purchased a three bedroom, three bathroom home at 23001 Paseo Del. Terrado 1, Diamond Bar from Elaine C. Cummings Johnson (trust) for $850,000.

The last time this home sold was Oct. 8, 2021. It last sold for $600,000.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Diamond Bar as of this publication.
