The UCLA Bruins secured a 9-1 win over the Washington Huskies in an NCAA Division I softball contest on Sunday, April 26, at 1 p.m. Bri Alejandre, a Los Altos High School alum, is currently playing for UCLA.
The teams faced off at Husky Softball Stadium in what was their third meeting of the season. Each team had won one matchup earlier in the series.
Alejandre contributed one hit in two at-bats, scoring a run, recording one RBI, earning a walk, and leaving one runner on base.
The Bruins will next take on the Oregon Ducks at Easton Stadium on Friday, May 1.
