City of La Hambra issued the following announcement on Oct. 12
The Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP) identifies and assesses vulnerabilities from a range of natural and technological hazards with possibility to significantly impact the community of La Habra Heights. The Plan also provides a list of ongoing and future mitigation action items that can reduce or eliminate threats associated with those hazards.

Part of the mandated approval process for the HMP requires the City to share this draft document with the community and to solicit comments during the plan writing phase. The City is asking all residents to review the HMP and provide comments or questions no later than Monday, November 16, 2020 by 5:00 P.M.
