Linda Sánchez, a U.S. Congresswoman representing California's 38th district since 2003, has recently shared insights and concerns through her social media platform. Sánchez, who has personal experience with Alzheimer's caregiving challenges, highlights the need for legislative support for families in similar situations.

On March 11, 2025, Sánchez shared her personal connection to the issue of Alzheimer's care. "Caring for my parents with Alzheimer's gave me a personal understanding of the emotional, physical and financial challenges families face when caring for a loved one. Our bipartisan bill would provide relief to families facing similar challenges."

The following day on March 12, 2025, she addressed concerns regarding changes within the Department of Education under its current leadership. "IDEA stands for the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The Secretary of Education needs to stop recklessly firing half the staff and actually learn what her department does before destroying the programs that support children with disabilities."

Later on March 12, Sánchez criticized Republican members of the Ways & Means Committee regarding issues of transparency and privacy concerning DOGE's access to sensitive information. "Every single Ways & Means Republican voted today to block transparency and protect DOGE's access to your sensitive information. Why are they so afraid to defend the rule of law and stand up to President Trump and Elon Musk?"
