Linda Sánchez, a U.S. Congress member representing California's 38th district, shared several statements on social media addressing significant political and legislative issues. Sánchez, who has served in Congress since 2003, made these remarks via her Twitter account.

On March 23, 2025, Sánchez marked the anniversary of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), highlighting her role in its creation. She expressed pride in having helped draft this "historic legislation that expanded healthcare access to millions" and affirmed her commitment to opposing efforts that would undermine it. "Today marks 15 years since the ACA became law! As a member of the @WaysMeansCmte, I’m proud to have helped draft this historic legislation that expanded healthcare access to millions. I’ll continue fighting any effort to gut it and take healthcare away from Americans."

On March 25, 2025, she criticized the Secretary of Defense and called for an investigation into what she described as a "massive national security breach." Sánchez accused the Trump administration of reckless incompetence and urged Congress to act on this matter. "Don’t let the Secretary of Defense gaslight you. The White House confirmed those texts are real. This is a massive national security breach due to the reckless incompetence of the Trump administration. Congress must investigate!"

Later on March 25, Sánchez addressed concerns about former President Trump's intentions regarding taxpayer data and undocumented immigrants. She asserted that Trump aimed to "weaponize taxpayer data," breaking longstanding precedents and undermining public trust. Together with fellow Democrats RepDWStweets and RepDanGoldman, she called on government agencies IRS and DHS to reject this approach."Trump wants to weaponize taxpayer data against undocumented immigrants, breaking 30 years of precedent and undermining public trust.@RepDWStweets, @RepDanGoldman and I lead our Democratic colleagues to call on the IRS and DHS to reject this dangerous misuse of taxpayer data."
